Zhangjiagang Zhenzhi Automation Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Leyu Town, Zhangjiagang, across the river from Nantong. S19 Expressway and Shanghai-to-Nantong High-speed Railway run through Leyu Town, forming a north-south freight and passenger high-speed, with convenient transportation.
The company has 5 professional mechanical designers, 3 software designers, 3 electrical engineers, several assembly and adjustment engineers, an independent design and spare parts testing center of 300 square meters and an assembly workshop of 1400 square meters. For more than ten years, it has mainly designed, developed and manufactured multi axis CNC equipment and equipped with automatic loading and unloading mechanism for spare parts processing plants, forming an unmanned intelligent manufacturing production line for the whole machine. According to the actual process, the equipment is designed for one-time clamping and multi axis synchronous processing to correct the error caused by multiple clamping changes, which can improve the production efficiency several times.
Through continuous efforts, in recent years, we have designed and developed an automatic production line for machining belt detection of engine crankshaft bearing cover, automatic production of automobile brake pads and automatic production line of pipe thread cutter. At present, the company focuses on the research and development of multi station high-speed grinding and testing production lines.
